Subscription Terms: Your initial subscription period will be specified upon sign-up and will renew automatically unless otherwise specified or cancelled. Your subscription can be month-to-month or annual. To prevent renewal, provide notice of non-renewal as outlined in Section 5. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your subscription is continuous until you provide notice of non-renewal or Konnectd ceases providing the services to you in accordance with these Terms. Konnectd is authorized to charge your payment method on file for your subscription and any applicable taxes.
Fees and Payment: Fees for Konnectd’s services are stated in your subscription agreement, payable in advance, and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The current pricing available on our website on the date of renewal will apply to your renewed subscription period. You are liable for all fees under any subscription agreement.
Overages, influenced by factors such as message length, are approximately billed around $0.0097 per message segment, but the precise cost may fluctuate. Additional costs may apply for services like Whatsapp, LC Premium Triggers & Actions, Content AI, LC Email Verification, and others. You authorize Konnectd or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for all due fees, plus any applicable taxes.
Automatic Wallet Recharge: Subscribers have the option to set a balance threshold at which their wallet will automatically be topped-up by an amount of their choice. This is designed to ensure uninterrupted service. You agree to these auto-recharges and understand that they will be executed using your preferred payment method on file.
Failure to Pay: If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or Konnectd is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, Konnectd reserves the right to revoke or restrict access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information.
Notice of Non-Renewal: To prevent auto-renewal of your subscription, you must notify Konnectd at least ten (10) days prior to the end of your current billing period. This notice should be given via email to [email protected] or text to (561) 867-2739.
Account Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellation: You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Please note that upgrading your account, including switching to an annual plan, will reset your billing cycle to the date of the upgrade. Downgrades will be effective from the start of your next billing cycle, and until then, you will have access to your current subscription level.
6a. Upgrade to Annual & Receive 2 Months Free: If you choose to upgrade to an annual plan, you will effectively receive two months free, calculated based on the annual cost versus 12 separate monthly payments. The charge for an annual plan is upfront and non-refundable.
6b. You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for monthly or annual fees already paid, including if you choose to cancel an annual plan prior to the end of the subscription period. All cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period.
