This Subscription Agreement governs your paid subscription to Konnectd, a product of Quantum Acquisitions LLC ("Konnectd," "we," "us"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Plans and Pricing

One-time Surge Setup $199 (waived on annual plans)

Annual plans are billed yearly (Essentials $1,970/yr, Growth $2,970/yr) with the setup fee waived. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of messaging/email credits (Essentials: 500; Growth: 1,000). Unused credits roll over. Usage beyond included credits is billed at the rates in Section 3.

2. Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal

Your subscription begins on your sign-up date and automatically renews for successive periods (monthly or annual, matching your plan) at the then-current rates, unless cancelled as described in Section 5. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

3. Usage-Based Rates (Overages)

Fees are payable in advance and, except as required by law, are non-refundable. Usage beyond your included credits is billed at the following rates:

Carrier-imposed fees are passed through without markup and may change. Taxes are additional and are your responsibility.

4. Automatic Wallet Recharge

Automatic wallet recharge is enabled by default so service isn't interrupted, using your payment method on file. You control your recharge threshold and amount under Settings → Company Billing → Wallet & Transactions. Recharges trigger only when your balance hits your threshold.

5. Cancellation and Account Changes

To cancel, upgrade, or downgrade, email support@konnectd.io at least ten (10) days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period or unused credits. You may export your Customer Data at any time before cancellation takes effect.

6. Account and Payment Responsibilities

Keep your payment information current. Late or failed payments may result in restriction or termination. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension.

7. Data Export and Transfers

You have full access to export your Customer Data at any time. On cancellation or transfer to another provider (including sub-account transfers via GoHighLevel), Konnectd will assist only with the transfer of your registered phone numbers. Proprietary workflows, automations, templates, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Quantum Acquisitions LLC and are not transferable.

8. Service Scope

Konnectd (including the LO Ninja product line) is a cloud-based CRM and marketing platform built for mortgage loan officers and broker shops. Support is provided via documentation, live chat, email, and scheduled onboarding/strategy calls. Custom work beyond your plan is available for an additional fee. Data management is your responsibility.

9. AI and Voice Features

Some plans include AI features and outbound Voice AI. You must secure appropriate consent before using them, and we may limit or revoke access for abuse, spam complaints, or non-compliance. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for full compliance responsibilities.

10. Dispute Resolution

Submit disputes to support@konnectd.io; we aim to resolve them promptly and fairly through direct communication. Formal dispute resolution is governed by the Terms of Service.

11. Amendments

We may amend this Agreement at any time. The current version is always posted on our website and is effective on posting unless stated otherwise. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. By subscribing, you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Terms and Renewal:

Your subscription begins as per the date of sign-up and automatically renews under the terms set forth herein. The renewal will continue under the then-current terms unless you cancel, as described below.

2. Fees and Payment:
Fees for services provided by Konnectd are outlined below and are payable in advance. These fees are non-refundable:

Phone System Costs:

  • Calls: $0.01 per minute for both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • SMS: $0.01 per text segment (160 characters).
  • Phone Number: $1-3/phone number per month
  • Toll Free Number: $4-5/phone number per month
  • A2P/10DLC Registration: $24 One-Time Free
 
Email System Costs:
  • Emails: $0.001 per email.
  • LC Email Verification: $0.0025 per email verification.
 
Optional System Costs:
  • LC Premium Triggers & Actions: $0.01 per workflow/premium action.
  • WhatsApp Messages: $0.01 per conversation.
  • Workflow – Premium Features: $0.022/execution.
  • Content AI: $0.225 per 1000 words and $0.15 per image.
  • Reviews AI: $0.2 per automated review response
  • Funnel AI: $2.475 per funnel design
  • Voice AI: $0.25 per minute
  • Conversation AI: $0.03 per message
  • Other Services: As detailed in the specific service agreement or upon request.
    Additional charges may apply for dedicated IP addresses, special configurations, or other enhanced services not included in the standard packages.

3. Automatic Wallet Recharge:

Automatic wallet recharges are enabled by default to ensure uninterrupted service and are processed using the payment method on file. Users maintain full control over their recharge thresholds, which can be adjusted at any time under Settings > Company Billing > Wallet & Transactions. Recharges are only initiated when the user-defined threshold is reached, ensuring seamless operation without unnecessary interruptions.

4. Account and Payment Responsibilities:

You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information with Konnectd. Failure to settle fees timely may result in account restriction or termination.

5. Cancellation and Account Changes:

To cancel your subscription or request account changes, including upgrades or downgrades, notification must be sent to support@konnectd.io at least ten (10) days before your next billing cycle. Adjustments to your account will take effect according to the terms discussed at the time of the request.

6. Non-Transferability of Services and Sub-Account Transfers:

Upon cancellation or request to transfer services to another provider, including sub-account transfers via Go High Level, Konnectd will assist solely with the transfer of your registered phone numbers. Clients have full access to export their data at any time. Konnectd does not facilitate data exportation nor assist in the transfer of any other services. Additionally, all proprietary workflows, automations, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Konnectd and are not subject to transfer.

7. LO Ninja Service Scope:
LO Ninja, a product of Konnectd, provides a cloud-based CRM platform specifically designed for mortgage brokers. It enhances operational efficiency by automating workflows and managing leads. Support is provided through documentation, live chat, email, and scheduled Zoom calls. While customizations are available for an additional fee, they are not included in the basic subscription. All data management is the user’s responsibility, and all intellectual property developed under LO Ninja remains the exclusive property of Konnectd.

8. Use of Voice AI Features

Some plans may include access to outbound Voice AI calling tools. Use of these tools is subject to the following:

  • Users must secure appropriate consent from contacts prior to using these features.
  • We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to Voice AI features at any time if we detect abuse, spam complaints, or non-compliance.

9. Dispute Resolution:
All disputes should be submitted via email (support@konnectd.io) and will be handled with a commitment to resolve issues swiftly and fairly. Konnectd is dedicated to maintaining a positive and professional relationship with its clients, and will endeavor to resolve disputes through direct communication and negotiation, aiming for resolutions that are equitable and practicable for both parties.

Amendments and Modifications:

Konnectd reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Subscription Agreement at any time. The current version of the agreement will always be posted on our website.

User Responsibility:

  • It is the user’s responsibility to check the Subscription Agreement periodically for changes. The continued use of Konnectd’s services after any modifications to the Subscription Agreement will constitute implicit agreement to the revised terms.

Effective Date:

  • Changes to the agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, unless otherwise specified. No further notification will be provided.

By subscribing to and using Konnectd’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and our Terms of Service.
