The Surge Setup Onboarding is where we’re all hands on deck as a company over the next 2 weeks to completely build, launch and optimize your marketing system for your business. To ensure that all of our users are setup for success & growth, we’ve made the one-time Surge Setup and onboarding a prerequisite.

Many of our clients already use an existing CRM and we make it super easy to transition your existing setup into your Konnectd account. You’ll be able to hit the ground running with a super easy to use dashboard and a ton of powerful features loaded up and ready to go.

 You’ll no longer need your old CRM but if you still want to keep it, our API integrations make it easy to sync directly into your Konnectd account.

Apart from our onboarding sessions where we help you hit the ground running, we also have an extensive help library full of tutorials on how to make our system work for you. We also have a email support ticketing system with rapid responses to ensure you’re fully equipped for success.

Plans can be updated or cancelled anytime from within your account. We operate month to month with no contracts or commitments.

Konnectd provides voice, text (SMS), and email services for Subscriber’s use. Subscriber agrees to acceptable use as described by Konnectd Terms and Conditions. Konnectd provides $10 credit monthly (Approximately 450 texts, 400 mins of calls, or 3000 emails. Subscriber agrees to be automatically charged for any overages at $0.007 per message.

Yes, we provide plug & play message templates for you to use right away.

Upon signing up, you will receive an email with your user information and how to log in to your Konnectd account.

To sign in, go to app.godigitalfoundations.com/login and enter your email address and password from the email.

To enable webchat, you insert a simple code on your website. The ‘Webchat’ widget will appear on your website once the code is embedded, and you may communicate with your website visitors from your Konnectd dashboard or directly from our mobile app.

Konnectd works best in the Chrome browser, but you can also use Firefox or Safari. Konnectd is not supported by Internet Explorer.

You pick the number. After inputting the desired area code, you will be given a selection of various numbers from the assigned area code and you choose!

You can view all customer responses in the conversations dashboard. Here you will be able to respond to customers as well.

If you’re a Unlimited Member your dedicated account coach can help you customize specific Workflows for anything you can dream up. From your automations dashboard you can customize our templates, or work with account coach to create something specific to your business.

Yes. Konnectd provides you with a review URL that will direct your customers to a review page and automatically sync up to your reviews dashboard. Google and Facebook reviews will also populate your dashboard with our simple integration setting.

You can access Reviews in the Reputation section. In the Reputation section, our custom Reputation AI will report the sentiment of your reviews in the time frame you set. This tool is a great tracker of your customer’s experience in your business between Konnectd, Google and Facebook reviews.

It’s easy. You can send automated review requests by using a custom Workflow to increase your customer base. If need be, you are still able to send reviews manually to any customer.

Monitoring your business’ online reputation is made easy with the Reputation dashboard. Here you can set goals for sending reviews, analyze review trends, see your business’s 5 star rating, and manage your online profile in the Listings tab.
